Oceanside Library runs several recurring parent-child programs for babies and toddlers in its Children's Program Room. Baby's First Storytime (0-18 months) and Toddler & Me Storytime (18-36 months) combine songs, rhymes, and stories, with a caregiver participating alongside each child. Sensory StART (12-24 months) uses a taste-safe material each session to make a take-home art project. Sing n' Sign (18-36 months) introduces American Sign Language through music and play, and Intro to Dance & Movement (18-36 months) includes rhythm games and instruments; both cost $5 per session. Baby Playdate (0-18 months) is an informal play session for babies and caregivers. Registration is required through the library's LibCal calendar.
