I've been taking piano lessons from Mrs. Nobu for about a year and a half, and the experience has been great. All of the teachers are kind and they always encourage us to keep trying and practicing so we can get better. Mrs. Nobu is a very caring person and is patient with me even when I constantly make mistakes. She taught me a lot in the short amount of time I've been taking lessons. I have also been taking Japanese classes from Mrs. Nobu for about half a year. The classes are very fun and intriguing. I got to do a lot of speaking practice in class, and also learned ways to sound more casual while speaking Japanese instead of the formal way I was taught in school. Along with the lessons, Mrs. Nobu also taught us a little bit about Japanese culture, which I found very interesting.

My granddaughter took piano lessons from Nobu and she enjoyed all of her lessons. She developed good piano skills and techniques that helped her when she took AP Music Theory in high school. Nobu is a very skilled and professional instructor who is very patient and caring. My younger granddaughter took Rythmique Kids classes from Nobu which teaches toddlers music appreciation that helps them to develop music skills through listening and movement. She always had a lot of fun while learning music skills. We are very happy with the excellent music education our granddaughters have gotten from Nobu Sakurai. We highly recommend anyone looking for quality piano and music classes to check out Nobu Sakurai Piano Studio and Rythmique Kids.

I started playing the piano as a freshman in high school, at the same time I entered the music world as a Beginning Band clarinetist. Attempting to teach myself was a failure; in two years of scattered videos, my progress was very slow and I taught myself many bad habits. It was at this point I began to find myself interested in taking lessons; after some time, I happened to stumble upon Nobu Sakurai Piano Studios as a convenient location, and decided to register for group lessons. In my first month of lessons, I had learned more than I had in two years. Elated by this progress, I switched into private lessons for more instructional time. All of the instructors are excellent teachers and wonderful people, and under them I have been steadily progressing as a pianist, even as I drift towards composing and music theory as an outlet towards my creativity. Everyone has the potential to be a musician, and Nobu Sakurai Piano Studios is where I developed mine. Clean environment with professional and talented teachers that really engage you. Pricing is approximately average, but the quality of the teachers is excellent.

The Nobu Sakuri studios teachers are all true music professionals who are developing lifelong skills and piano in our children. Mr.Anthony is extremely focused, patient, and brings out the best in our tiny students. He does more than just note reading, he is teaching music theory and ear training all while keeping it fun.

The piano teachers there were kind of under qualified with little experiences. Very inflexible schedule for make up lessons even with sick incidents. Always charge for make up lessons or not allowed.
