The newborn class was exactly what I needed as a first-time mom. Liberty created such a warm, welcoming, judgment-free space where it was easy to connect, share, and feel supported. It became a huge part of my postpartum mental health and also gave me the confidence to get out of the house with my newborn. Highly recommend to any mom looking for connection and community!

If you are a new mom in the area, or even having your second or third baby and would like to feel a sense of community and care/intention in your early postpartum days, New Mom School is the place for you. I thought that I knew most all the way to know about the 0 to 3 stage, as I recently had my fourth and fifth babies (twins) in April. Boy, was I wrong. New Mom School has curated a collection of experts in their fields including pelvic floor, sleep, movement, relationships, and much more - bring a base of knowledge you’d be fortunate to have in early motherhood. I would recommend taking class to anyone with a new baby. Can’t wait to see what else New Mom School has up its sleeve to support families in Portland metro. ✨

This class was not only educational and fun, but wonderful for postpartum mental health. It was a safe environment to chat with like-minded individuals, share stories, laugh, and cry together. I immediately signed up for the next session and will continue to do so as long as it’s here! Liberty is also amazing you leave feeling like you have so many new friends!!!

I’m so glad I joined New Mom School! As a first time Mom it can be so stressful with all the information that’s out there. Being able to come to class each week and learn new topics from professionals was very comforting. I loved being able to meet other moms and be around people going through the same things I was! Liberty is also so great and very hands on. Cannot wait to join the next class!

So thankful for Liberty, the owner of NMS, to bring this school to Oregon! I was craving connection and like minded mamas and NMS brought me just that. Not only did I meet new friends - we all have babies the same age!!
