As a new mom in Mesa and Queen Creek Arizona, you have access to several programs and classes designed to support and connect you with other mothers. New Mom school is the BEST choice. Jacquie and Kylie have brought such an amazing organization to the Phoenix area. Being a first time mom in this class was such an amazing experience. Not only did I gain life long mom friends but I walked away with confidence in navigating motherhood. With such a welcoming, friendly and judge free atmosphere I felt like I had a community of other moms who were in the same place I was with my baby. As moms we are constantly given advice some good some not so good. This class helped guide me with pediatrician backed information as well as information from experts of each respective fields of what is good information and what is not. Having access to baby physical therapists, infant massage therapists, CPR and swim safety experts, nutritionist experts in baby led weaning and purées, experts in developmental stages and so much more all in one class can’t be beat. I gained a wealth of knowledge and confidence in my abilities as a mom. It was hard to leave the house with my 3 month old and at the end of this 8 weeks class I was able to take my baby anywhere with me. That alone is what made the class worth it and is why I would recommend this class to any new mom.

As a new mom, I was looking for community with others experiencing the same thing as me. New Mom School in Gilbert was opening right on time for me to join their first time mom class with Kylie and I’m so happy I did! Our weekly classes were such an anchor during the week in the early newborn phase! Each week’s topics were relevant and helpful, but even more impactful were the connections made and the confidence I gained being out with my baby. The environment created for the classes is that of grace, learning, and leaning in to mom life. I’m forever grateful for NMS and encourage anyone to consider signing up!

So far I graduated from the newborn class series and completed the first session of the infant series. I love how close new mom school is to my house!! I also love how they attract pop up events. Another thing that I love is how the curriculum doesn’t adhere to one way of parenting. In fact, it allows each of us to decide how we want to parent by receiving access to experts in various fields such as sleep, physical therapy etc. The sleep class helped me a lot because culturally I was raised co-sleeping and the class did empower me to learn to do that safely. In fact, I am practicing it safer than me parents did with me.

New Mom School Gilbert is a must for any mom seeking solid postpartum education mixed with a genuine sense of community. I attended the second-time moms class and was impressed by how tailored the content is—even if you think you have it all figured out after your first baby, the classes still delivered fresh, relevant insights. Plus, the friendships you form along the way are an amazing bonus! Kylie and Jacquie create such a warm and inviting space for us moms to share our experiences, and I can’t recommend New Mom School Gilbert enough!

I signed up for the Rising Toddler class with Kylie at New Mom School in Gilbert. The class is really dynamic and fun—my 7‑month‑old loves it, and it's amazing to make friends as a new mom. Being a new parent is hard and can feel isolating, but this class made me realize I am not alone. We are all in the same boat, and it's wonderful to have a support group that shares in the challenges and grows through the changes. During class, we cover a variety of topics based on our babies' milestones while incorporating play and allowing our little ones to be little and explore. Kylie is a phenomenal instructor, and I look forward to class every week!
