New Hope YMCA offers Swim Starters, a parent-and-child swim lesson track for infants and toddlers under age three, part of YMCA of the North's tiered aquatics program. Registered under the "Parent & Child" category, a parent gets in the water with the child while also learning about water safety, drowning prevention, and supervision. Once a child turns three, lessons move to Swim Basics/Swim Strokes, drop-in style classes for preschoolers and older children without a parent in the water.

This by far is the best daycare my kids been at inside play gym for the kids the kids go swimming n during the summer time they go to the splash pad twice a week I love it the only thing is I had my kids still need to nap at 4 yr and can’t move up to summer power until them are 5yr

Really bad teachers for kids. Let alone leave teacher assistances alone when they are not supposed to is not right. Don't recommend kids coming to this YMCA

Ideal place for families. They have a large variety of exercise machines and free weights. An indoor pool. An indoor basketball court. It's busy weekday evenings but there are always machines open and access to the free weights.

My husband and I love the "Y". Our 5:00 a.m. friends are there to greet us, catch up on events, encourage us, and send us on our way for a great start to the day!
