New Era Gymnastics | South Central Connecticut Planning Region, CT

I will be fair here, this is a great school if and only if your child is absolutely serious about gymnastics and looking to pursue it further. The coaches don't have great experience with kids of different skill sets and the classes are very high energy and fast paced, even for the younger ages (2+). No knock on this place but it would be helpful if it is known that this is a place of serious gymnastics and not recreational/instructional. Hope this helps others in finding what they are looking for.

After wanting to start for a really long time, I have been having so much fun learning new things and challenging myself since starting the adult program. It is really difficult to find an adult gymnastics program and I drive an hour each way (sometimes more!) to get to New Era and it is SO worth it. The adult classes are staffed with amazing coaches who help us all feel confident and challenged in trying new things. I also really appreciate the great community of people cheering us on - from veterans to fellow newbies. Attending adult gymnastics has become the highlight of my week!

My daughter is enrolled at New Era. She has interacted with multiple Coaches and they are all so wonderful and they are excellent teachers! They change up the course and activity each week which keeps the younger kids engaged. I am so glad we chose New Era, they are AMAZING!

Amazing Gym! Very Friendly and Welcoming, My Daughter is a Competitive Gymnast from Texas and Needed a Gym to Practice In to Keep in Shape and Be Ready for Competition Season, They Welcomed Her. They Allowed Her to Practice with Their Team Girls. They Made Sure She Kept Up Her Hours and They Really Helped Her With Her Skills! I Really Recommend This Gymnastics Gym! Thank You New Era For Being So Welcoming to Us.

I attend Adult Gymnastics Program on Thursdays. The coaches that run this program, Chris and Daniel, are absolutely fantastic. They are very supportive, attentive and highly professional. Their encouragement is the best motivation!
