Beautiful wellness space that feels homely, refreshing, and community driven. Super helpful for caretakers and stay-at-home parents. Perinatal and family counseling services are super helpful and kind. Close to Detroit and located in a great location in Ferndale. Appreciate the fitness classes and free community groups. Highly recommended.

I had such a great experience at Pilates and play and I am looking forward to returning! Such a welcoming space for my and my baby and Megan gave excellent instruction! She helped me connect with my core for the first time really since having my baby almost 7 months ago. It is really nice to have a space where I feel like I am able to do something for me without sacrificing time with my baby girl ❤️

We recently attended a music and movement class and it was such a wonderful experience! The space is so warm and inviting, with a natural, calming atmosphere that truly feels like a safe haven for families. The class itself was fantastic—engaging, fun, and perfectly suited for little ones. My toddler was captivated the entire time, and it was amazing to see them exploring movement and music in such a nurturing environment. Lauren did such a phenomenal job creating a welcoming space for kids and caregivers alike. She is amazing at playing the ukulele for the kiddos! Would highly recommend!

We had our sons birthday party here and Juliana was our host. We had a fantastic experience, the space was perfect and so cute and cozy. Juliana was so helpful and made us feel so comfortable: offering to get music on, helping set up and clean up, being so kind and patient as this was the first birthday party (outside of just family) I’ve thrown for our little guy! The space has lots of options for creative, low stimulation, imaginative play. I do think the space is best suited for 3 and under birthday party as any older you may need a bit more space. But our sons 3 year old party where children were all 3 and under: it was perfect and definitely recommend!!

Best place for little ones! Awesome clean and calm environment, welcoming staff, and non-toxic and great quality toys for kiddos to play with. My boys love it here!
