Great instructor! She made laminating dough fun and attainable, not intimidating. Class was fun, informative, and the kouign aman pastries I made were scarfed down fast by friends and family. Much better than classes I’ve taken at a certain French-named high-priced kitchen supply store. I’d definitely take another class at My French Recipe! The pastries were as good as any I’ve had from a bakery.

We had a fabulous date night! It was our first time here and everything was wonderful. I liked the small group setting and all of the courses were delicious. I liked how it was BYOB too. Our instructor was really nice and helpful! Highly recommend My French Recipe!

My French Recipe is a wonderful experience for a small group of people. (Our party consisted of four people. The total group consisted of 13 people.) The staff are fantastic. The instructor gave us easy-to-understand directions throughout the food preparation portion of the evening. Cooking equipment and ingredients were brought to/removed from each prep area seamlessly. The experience was “excellent value-for-money.” I look forward to returning to undertake another sumptuous menu! Bon appétit.

We took the French Recipe Croissant Class, and it was absolutely fantastic! The class was small and intimate just eight of us which made it easy to follow along and ask questions. Jax, our instructor, was both professional and incredibly friendly. She clearly knows her craft and shared her expertise in a way that was easy to understand, even for those of us with no baking experience. I attended with my partner and cousins, and we all had such a great time learning how to make croissants from scratch. Jax’s step-by-step guidance made the process easy to follow, and the results were incredible… buttery, flaky croissants that tasted amazing. She even provided a copy of the recipe so we can try making them at home. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning French baking or just looking for a fun, hands-on experience. I’m already looking forward to joining more classes in the future!

Date night for Valentine’s Day. We learned how to make Beef Wellington, which has quickly become one of my and my husband’s favorite entrees. It was great! Our Chef, Tony, was funny and kept the class engaged the entire time. Nice pace and good instruction.
