Getting connected with the Motherhood Center has been one of the best parts of my pregnancy journey. Every session/conversation/experience feels like a big hug. They have a class for anything you could imagine needing to get up to speed on, make it a safe place to ask for advice of any kind, have the best pre natal massages in the city and genuinely care about you as the mother. The night doula we have been matched with is amazing as well. Cannot sing their praises enough.

Attended the childbirth class with my husband in May of 2024. I loved the attentiveness of the staff and the facility. This being my first pregnancy and it being with multiples, I found the information valuable. The class gave me enough information to create my own birth plan, ask my high risk doctor questions and ease my anxiety. The presenter provided information on both C-sections and vaginal birth which I really appreciated. I recommend them all the time. As they appear to want to build a community and not just provide a transaction. I also rented the hospital breast pump from them after the leaving the hospital.

We used the Motherhood Center’s newborn doula services for both day and night. They were absolutely fantastic. Everyone - the scheduling staff and the doulas - were incredibly kind and empathetic toward new mothers/parents. They were very easy to communicate with and willing to work with our preferred schedule. Not only did the doulas provide a helpful extra pair of hands, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable - I learned so much from them about newborn care and development that I otherwise would have never known. I highly recommend!

They have been an amazing support in my pregnancy. I love the Pilates & fitness class the coach is the best and you feel great after the workout. Yoga classes are also very nice, empowering and relaxing. All you need to enjoy and feel strong in this beautiful season 🤰🏼

I have had the best experience at The Motherhood Center. The location is easy to find, parking is great, and the staff is amazing and always so helpful. I’ve been seeing Tonja for prenatal massages since my second trimester, and she is incredible. I genuinely look forward to every appointment and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. This is such a wonderful treat and absolutely worth the visit.

Truly one of the best massages I have ever had! Rosie was so kind, explained how prenatal massages differ from regular massages prior to starting the massage, and overall was just a lovely person. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. I will definitely be going back.

I did 2 classes to help prepare for our first baby. I found them extremely helpful and provided information that I’m not sure I would have otherwise ever known. My husband participated in both classes and he was actually engaged in both. They even provided beer towards the end of class which was a highlight for him 😂 Our instructor, Angie, taught both classes and she was incredible. She is a nurse and a doula (for over 15 years) so she is highly qualified to lead the classes. We left feeling more prepared and confident. I highly recommend!

I just got the most fantastic prenatal massage from Iris. I’ve been experiencing sciatic nerve issues through pregnancy and Iris’s work released some major tension significantly reducing my pain! Cannot recommend her enough to pregnant mamas. I’m looking forward to learning more about the other resources at the center!
