Too loud! Parents allowing kids to be loud, and staff allowing noise. It's a library not the streets or a hang out spot. No respect or consideration. Not a good experience. Hopefully management will address.

Today, I decided to bring grandson in for homework help, but the places was so loud I had to leave. My grandson was a bit sad cause he wasn't able to receive the help we we're looking for . Staff was as loud as the children and moms the take over the children area. SMH Qué desastre! 😖

On the smaller side, haven't ventured to the basement but you can find the stairs just beyond the checkout desk on the left...there will be 3 doors down a short hallway. Low ventilation due to only a single pair of tiny windows to vent the front.

Awesome service and help from George. I came all the way from Pennsylvania to get A library card and he helped me tremendously! What an awesome guy! Very nice snd helpful and friendly, people like him are hard to find in New York. Thank you. 😊

The place is very well organized and clean and all the personnel are courteous and very helpful.
