Amazing public library where you can quickly access information, internet and community events. There were several upcoming events for children and adults. There also is an outdoor pavilion where you can enjoy the Houston sun and fellow Houstonians. There’s an excellent kid section as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I needed to print a couple of pages and was well received and helped. Thanks, I recommend this public library to all in need to read and succeed!

Ivy was a big help for us today she was able to get my friend Nancy a new library card and also informations on the library in Houston and remind us to check out the 3rd flood balcony. The entrance was a bit tricky to find for your first time. It was until you walk around the build until you see the red logo of the Houston public library. I took the elevator to the 2nd floor first and I was greeted by Ivy at the front desk and I can see the 2nd floor is the kids section, so I went to the 3rd floor and there were plenty of space for seating and computer to use here. I only see one unisex bathroom here and the best part is the patio area where you can do some work or read a book with some sunshine. There are plenty of security here. It is a great library space to be at the heart of Montrose that is closer to the neighborhood that can benefit to use the library more as it is now walking distance. If you need to drive and parking, you can parking in the parking lot next to the library and have your license plate validate on a website and you can park for 1 hour parking for free.

Great library for studying - they have plenty of cubbies, tables and chairs, and a large reading room. The entire area features modern, clean design with plenty of natural light

I almost missed the journey. It was a journey passage to get inside.I passed by, I saw no parking, called and returned. Parking for the 1st 25 people is free for an hour in the garage. Then you must then beat the clock, get out, or pay 3 dollars per hour, for this newly built Library. I did get the in-and-out like In-and -Out Burger. Note: login, keep your time, and know your license plate number.
