The Wonder Wing at Monmouth Museum is a play and educational exhibit area for children ages 6 and under, with an under-the-sea theme that includes a pirate ship, whale slide, rope bridges, lighthouse area, treehouse, stage, puzzle corner, arts and crafts room, and reading nook. Weekday mornings at 11:00am, the museum runs Storytime & Crafts sessions organized around weekly themes. The museum is open Tuesday through Friday and weekends, 10am-4pm, on a drop-in basis, though advance ticket reservations are recommended. Caregivers are encouraged to take part alongside children, demonstrating activities and introducing vocabulary.
