Mommy and Me by The Pump Station runs 10-week parent-and-baby groups in Santa Monica and on Melrose Ave, for parents with a first, second, or third child. Groups are organized around babies' projected or actual birth dates and led by trained educators, including licensed psychotherapists, with a focus on infant emotional, cognitive, social, and physical development. A My Parents & Me option includes both parents or caregivers and is also offered as a shorter Flex Series. Sessions run $450-$600 and groups fill quickly.

As a new mom this group was a great way of gaining guidance and connecting with other mommies. The guidance we received from the group moderator, Jill, was invaluable. The support I received from my fellow mommies was heartfelt and encouraging. Six months after starting the group, we still keep in touch and serve as sounding boards. Knowing that I have the support just a phone call or text message away was a saving grace. I highly recommend the Mommy & Me group at The Pump Station. Cannot wait to have another baby so that I can do it all over again.
