Joining Happy Moms was the best decision postpartum. It is a great program that offers community, comradery & insight into raising your new baby! Motherhood is hard and can feel lonely. However, this program truly offers something unique. It is great to be around women who are navigating this new season of life at the same time. Additionally, the speakers they have in each class offer great education and an opportunity to ask the hard questions! I highly recommend modern milk to any mom!

I have gone to Modern Milk for several different classes including their Happy Mom School and some workshops. For my first and now my second pregnancies I go to Jennie's prenatal yoga on Wednesday nights. When I went for the first time in 2022, I knew I would love it. I took her class every week for more than half of my pregnancy. And now I'm just a few weeks away from delivering my second and I am just so thankful for Jennie to be part of my journey. When I went to class with my second, I was met with a hug and the warmest welcome back! I just love her. And I LOVE this class. I live about 25 minute away and it's worth the drive. The energy, warmth, acceptance and solidarity is just to wonderful and I am grateful to have this though out pregnancy. Jennie make everyone feel so at home and comfortable. Her energy, caring, kindness and general vibe lets you know that you belong and you're not alone. I love that we go around the room when class starts to share and ask for advice and then we move our bodies in such a kind and gracious way; the room is truly full of acceptance- for each other and ourselves and that is all because of Jennie.

This has been such a special place for me! From lactation consultant (Jill) would not be able to breast feed without her help! Then the mom group has been amazing to meet new moms on the journey of motherhood. So many amazing resources for new parents!

Modern Milk has been an amazing resource as my husband and I navigate parenthood. From the birthing and newborn classes to Happy Mom, it’s been our go to learn and feel confident in preparing and taking care of our daughter. The community is amazing and we can’t wait to continue to use their services.

Modern Milk has been a life saver pre baby and since becoming a first time mom. We did the newborn class before our baby girl arrived which was super helpful for not only myself, but also my husband. Joining Happy Moms School was the best decision I made! Having a group of first time moms as support has been a life saver and they've now become good friends of mine. HIGHLY recommend joining Happy Moms School if you are a first time mama! Worth every dollar.
