We love this library. I participate in the book club twice a month. Great way to support my love of reading and interact with other people. They have a nice selection of books in the youth/young adult area. The area is set up very cute, like a little hangout. My kids like it.

A beautiful library to visit. They have soo many genres of books to choose from. My most favorite section is the manga section. It is super cool. They have security guards at the entrance at all times protecting which is a big plus when going to a public library. The kids section is really nice as well. They have many events going on each weekend.

Our organization has hosted multiple small private in their private rooms that we can reserve and it's worked out great! Our events have had less than 15 people so the rooms have been a great size and it's awesome that they allow bringing in food. We appreciate the ability to do that!

This is the loudest library I have ever been too. I remember when libraries were quiet and peaceful. I understand there is a school nearby but I would expect the same respect from the children. The library management needs to start managing the behavior and volume of people in the library. I wanted to stay with my kids and hang out for a bit but the teens were cursing, being loud and misbehaving.

I went to McGovern-Stella Link Library for passport services with my family, and unfortunately it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. The employee handling passports seemed determined to find reasons to reject or delay the applications rather than help guide us through the process. Instead of making things easier for a family with children, the experience became unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. We had our kids with us, because they were the ones receiving their passports and trying to keep them quiet and calm in a library setting while constantly being told something else was wrong or missing was honestly embarrassing and exhausting. By the end of it, everyone was frustrated, including the kids. I understand passport applications have rules and requirements, but customer service and professionalism matter too. A little patience and helpfulness would have gone a long way. I definitely would not choose to handle passport services here again.
