About this class

If you're looking for a "Mommy and Me" style swim class, Gym Magic Kids offers a Waterbabies class for little ones aged 6-36 months. This class gently introduces babies to the water, focusing on water safety and comfort. Parents are in the pool with their kiddos, learning together how to hold and position them safely. With fun songs, games, and toys, it's a great way to bond while building your child's confidence in the water. Parenting can be tough, but finding activities like this can make it a bit easier.

Parents rave about the instructors at Lily Pad Swim School, noting how they not only teach important swim skills but also focus on building confidence in each little one. Fair warning: with larger class sizes, some parents suggest more individualized attention for the youngest swimmers could make a big difference!

We have been involved in swim lessons here for about 2 years. We have always been pleased with instruction and the quality of staff. Instructors are very aware that it isn't just about building skill but also confidence. If I have one recommendation, it would be that for the 3 year old beginner class, class size should be limited to 2-3 kids. It is difficult for a 3 year old to wait his/her turn on the step when there are 4 kids in a class. Because the younger kids need more individualized attention, they aren't getting as much instruction during a 30 min class. Special thanks to Mr. Zack who has been integral in our daughter's success.
