Lakewood Public Library's Main Library runs several caregiver-and-child storytime programs. Just Baby 'N Me is a lap-sit storytime for babies from birth through early walkers, with rhymes, songs, finger plays and short books. Preschool Story Time offers books, songs and rhymes for toddlers and preschoolers. Family Weekend Wonders is a drop-in storytime for families of all ages with stories, activities, music and crafts, while Pajama Party Story Time is an evening bedtime-themed session for young children and caregivers.
