The staff here is incredible! We hosted our daughter's birthday party here. Laura, Nikki, and the team were very responsive and offered helpful suggestions to make it a fun event. They are an all-around incredibly professional and fun team. They were great with both kids and adults alike, and they took care of the whole event for us so we could do less running around and enjoy the day with our family and friends. The kids had a great time, and now we want to attend their regular classes!

Rachel the coordinator and the rest of the party staff Cat Lucy were great. Eve at the front desk was really friendly and helpful also. Would definitely recommend this place for children’s birthday parties. May 25 update: Mrs Megan and Mr Kyle are great for toddler playtimes

My kid had a birthday here this weekend and had the best time. Everything was taken care of by the team. Rachel and Eve were in communication with me throughout and I always heard back immediately via email and telephone. They were so lovely and the party was so ORGANIZED I was just so impressed. All of the staff working the party were so energetic and somehow managed to keep control of 15 four and five year olds. They did an amazing job with the ninja turtles theme- they even drew ninja turtles on my kid's name tag and he loved it so much it's now on his scooter. I think 1.5 hours for the party is the perfect amount of time because everything runs so smoothly. Really lovely and I won't be surprised if he wants to do it again at Kidville next year 💚

Gloria is amazing and knows how to help kids who are shy to get them to sit and get their hair cut! She really helped us today to get my daughter’s hair cut. She was upset and I trusted her to follow her steps in getting my daughter comfortable to sit with me in the chair and get her cut. Thanks again!

Could not be happier with our experience at Kidville on 88th St. for our one year old’s haircut and definitely coming back. Everything was super clean and everyone super friendly. Leona at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly and not only that but also flexible as she let us change the time of our appointment on the same day. Moreover, they let us play in the kids gym after the haircut. The gym has everything – so many places to bounce and roll. In terms of the actual haircut, Gloria did an exceptional job. She was so friendly and patient (it was only his second haircut!) But she also did a great job on a rather complicated haircut (it was basically an undercut). When the haircut was done she thoroughly reviewed to make sure all the details were right. Could not be happier and looking forward to coming back!
