Choosing KidStrong has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. He has challenges with core strength, balance, and coordination, and initially, many of the exercises felt intimidating to him. However, thanks to the incredible support and encouragement from the coaches, we’ve seen tremendous growth—not only in his physical abilities but in his confidence as well. He now looks forward to each session and is always excited to discover the new routine for the week. We’re especially grateful to Coaches Aiden, Asia, and Rose for their dedication and care. Their positive impact on our son has been truly inspiring. He really looks up to you! And a special shoutout to Jesse, who has such a great rapport with all the families and creates a warm, welcoming environment every time we walk through the door. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at KidStrong.

KidStrong has improved the confidence and mobility of my 2 yo Grant & 3 yo Jack. My 2 yo used to fall frequently as he struggled to keep up with his older brother. Since taking KidsStrong our younger son has had fewer falls and can confidently walk. Both boys love class, and especially Coach Aidan!

I highly recommend it. My kid he’s been improving a lot since he started. He is so confidence about himself he believe he can do everything he start playing on the monkey bars he used to be scared of it, he learns how to do the flips jumping high move his body. Every month they have a different program every program it’s better than the other.the coaches are the best they know how to deal with the kids how to make the kids pay attention to them and I really like them I feel like they are a family by now I have been at Kid Strong in Waldwick for a year now I love the environment I love the coaches my kid has the best time there❤️❤️❤️
