We had an incredible experience at Kid Strong VA Beach! The facility is spotless and well-maintained, including the bathrooms, which was much appreciated. The coaches were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making both parents and kids feel comfortable right away. My son absolutely loved the activities led by the expert coaches…they truly know how to engage and motivate the kids. It’s a fantastic place for kids to learn, have fun, and build confidence. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, the environment at KidStrong Virginia Beach is incredibly welcoming. I love the open layout—it’s easy to watch your child from just outside the mat area without feeling disconnected. For my son’s 2-year-old class, I was able to go on the floor with him while my husband watched from the viewing area, which worked perfectly for us. The coaches are fantastic—so engaging, positive, and encouraging. My son had an amazing time on his very first day and genuinely loved every single activity!

Amazing experience for my kids while they get stronger! They would give it 100 stars if they could. They look forward to it every week and they always wish they could go more often than once a week. It's literally like going to the gym for them but they actually love it! Update 6/24/25 - KidStrong is my kids' favorite place ever! They always jump for joy when they know they have KidStrong that day. They are stronger, more agile, and follow directions better than when we started

Very great class. Kept my kids interested the whole way time. They had so much fun they didn’t want to leave. Absolutely love this place. Coaches were wonderful & patient. The girl at the front desk was absolutely amazing & really helped me with everything.

Coach Lu and coach niko are a great team. They work well with the kiddos. The coaches are always open to feedback. They genuinely seem that they love what they do. To me , that truly matters when dealing with children.
