The coaches payed attention to all the children giving fair and equal treatment. The registration process was very easy to understand and staff were very helpful with any questions I had. Overall KidStrong is a welcoming environment, so much so my son asked to stay for the next class on after his first day.

The Coaches are fantastic champions of my kids development. They genuinely enjoy what they do and have a patience that is unmatched! My kids are growing and being challenged in the best way to be better people well beyond the physical challenges but in their character and self-confidence as well. I truly can’t recommend enough!!

Our 4 year old son & two year old daughter love KidStrong. The coaches are amazing. Classes are well planned to meet kids where they are socially and developmentally. I’m so amazed at the progress our children have made. The Vestavia Hills location is welcoming, clean, and always providing top notch service. We are so grateful our kids have this experience.

We loved attending Kids Strong for a straight 6 months. My son learned a lot about making turns, reaffirmation words and mindset, waiting, and identifying colors, etc. Unfortunately, I had to focus on my future career, and my time is limited now. We'll be missing all the amazing friends we made there, the coaches, and the entire amazing team. We plan to come back in the future for sure. Love you all, thanks for providing such a nice environment for young kids. I do recommend parents have a trial class, it will change your mind.
