The owners and coaches are all phenomenal! All of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment is age appropriate for all classes and ages, as are the skills. We love KidStrong, and are so thankful to see the growth and confidence in our son.

My son has been going for years; It’s an all around great place for providing your kid with not only fun exercise but great social skills and academic learning mixed in all together. Professional staff that is excellent with both structure and words of affirmation! Routines and courses change so kids don’t get bored. Kidstrong keeps children motivated with tiers of achievements, milestones and “coaches” awards. I couldn’t ask for more.

It is well worth the money! My daughter loves her coaches and is excited to go every week. Kid strong has boosted her confidence and helped her develop new skills. The app is very convenient too. Sometimes we just can’t make her regular class for one reason or another. I love how easy the app makes it to switch her class to a different day or time!

The variety of activities in each session keep the kids attention and focus different parts of strength & confidence development. The non-competitive nature and achievement-based recognition keeps kids motivated.

My kids, 7 and 11 years old, have gained confidence, physical and mental endurance, and increased academic, social, and emotional skills while having fun. I wholeheartedly recommend this center. Their techniques help the brain, body, and whole child. We love #Kidstrong! My kid went from being a shy, smaller kid to being strong, brave, and outgoing. My son started KidStrong when he was about 4 years old and just attended his first camp at KidStrong Prairieville. He had so much fun. I hope you get the chance to experience a place with fantastic coaches who care about kids and are patient, teaching skills and confidence. We love KidStrong. Small for his age, my son is confident, strong, fast and agile, thanks to his time at KidStrong.
