About this class
Like all other KidStrong locations, this center focuses on building kids' confidence through structured 45-minute classes that mix physical challenges with character development - think obstacle courses combined with public speaking practice and friendly competition. The format is pretty consistent with clear segments like affirmations, skill-building, and competitions, so it's structured enough that shy kids feel secure but active enough that high-energy ones stay engaged. The coaches really emphasize the "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this" mentality, which honestly has carried over into how my child approaches challenges at home too. It's one of those programs where you can actually see your kiddo gaining confidence week by week, especially during those moments when parenting feels like you're just hoping something sticks.
Fair warning: your little one might come home singing new songs and showing off fresh moves—they just can't stop talking about class!

I have an autistic child and she has special needs and they are more than accommodating. They accept and love my Izzy and I tell everyone they need to sign up! I met another mom trying out the class with a son with special needs and she asked me if they should sign up and I said they should! Izzy has shown so much improvement in her social skills, communication and team building and for an autistic child that can be very difficult. They are also good with the parents, friendly accepting environment. I feel so welcome when I am there!!

KidStrong has been a fantastic experience for my son! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting each child with enthusiasm, and I'm also impressed with how clean the facility is, especially considering it's a kids' gym! When there are spills/accidents, they are handled quickly and efficiently, without disrupting the flow of the class. The coaches are attentive and provide personalized help as needed to ensure each child performs the exercises correctly. My son loves being able to help set up/clean up the courses between activities, and the staff is wonderful about letting him participate. Plus, the variety of weekly programs, incorporating real-life skills into fun games, keeps him engaged and excited to go back!

We have been going to KidStrong Polaris for a year now and we love it. It has been such a great weekly program that we look forward to as a family, both of my daughters really enjoy it they love making new friends and trying new activities. The facility is always very clean and everything is well maintained. The coaches are so attentive and patient with all of the students. My girls love helping in between setting up courses. Coach Jay and Coach Jewel do such a great job at helping them feel involved and are always encouraging self confidence. My oldest has shown so much improvement in her social skills, communication, she has built so much strength and independence. I am so proud of her. My second daughter is always watching her sister soon ready to sign up for her own class. She too has already learned so much. We are so happy to be apart of the KidStrong Team!

The coaches love what they do and are great with kids! My son loves going to kid strong! Great way for him to have fun and burn some energy. My son (8) and daughter (10) have really enjoyed camp days as well.
