Our kids are always looking forward to KidStrong each week!! Coach Micah is amazing! So hands on, patient, encouraging, friendly and has such an awesome way connecting with young kids! We love and appreciate how welcoming everyone is each week and how they truly make our kids feel seen, valued and cared for each class! This makes my mama heart feel so good! Definitely give it a try if you’re on the fence

We couldn’t love KidStrong Overland Park more!!! My daughter started there at 2, but is now 3 and is so excited every time we tell her it’s KidStrong day! She loves all of the different obstacle courses that change throughout the class! She loves the learning she gets every class whether it’s animals, colors, numbers, shapes, emotions, sign language, etc! She also loves making new friends and adores her coaches there- especially Coach Micah! When she first started she was a little timid and afraid to do some of the courses like the balance beam, or big jumps off of the blocks, but now she is so brave and proud of herself every class! She is a true threenager and can have classes where she isn’t the best listener or is struggling with her emotions, but Micah, Nick, and the other coaches are so patient and kind with her! We love KidStrong!!!

Extremely fun, well organized, great coaches and great people. My 3 year old daughter loves this wayyy more then any dance class she's ever tried. Builds her confidence and burns some energy.

We absolutely love KidStrong in OP! Our son gets to get out all of his energy while also working on other skills. The coaches are INCREDIBLE! The facility is always clean and it is a very welcoming environment. We couldn’t be happier here!

My kids are on their third classes, but they’re totally loving KidStrong so far! I love watching them too! Their joy when they do something they thought they couldn’t is so awesome to see. We used the “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this” to get through a difficult family hike recently too!
