KidStrong Mount Pleasant | Charleston County, SC

My daughter is hesitant to try new things and also apprehensive around large groups of kids (especially with boys involved, with their common prevalence of high energy levels and less interest in following instructions) but today at KidStrong with Kaylee, she was confident and inspired, and unusually patient with the boys jumping place in line! We have 2 trial classes left and I'm hoping she'll be ready for Full-time! I'm even happy to do the after-school drive from Folly for the program!!

We have absolutely loved KidStrong for our daughter! It’s the perfect mix of fun, exercise, education, and confidence building — all wrapped up in one super cool 45-minute class. The coaches are fantastic and make every session engaging and empowering. Our daughter looks forward to it every week and we’ve seen such positive growth. Highly recommend!

Johns first class amazing. Hes 2 and so active at home and literally climbs anything he can find. The mix of climbing activities and crawling ones, was perfect for keeping his brain engaged. He also liked the memory game and got 2 out of 3 of the options. The instructors were great in keeping up with him when I couldn't, and redirecting him back to the task at hand. It is definitely a must have class for all the super active kids.

I started my daughter (21 months) about 2 months ago and she loves it. The courses push the babies/ toddlers a little out of their comfort zone but you can see the confidence it builds in each of them especially my daughter. The coaches are very encouraging and kind as well. I also love how they take photos of us and send them through email at the end of the day.
