KidStrong Meridian | Ada County, ID

Kids Strong is an incredible place for kids to build confidence, strength, and coordination! The trainers do an amazing job engaging with the kids, making every class fun and challenging while helping them grow physically and mentally. They are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each child’s progress. My son leaves with a big smile, feeling proud of what they accomplished. Highly recommend!

I loved the coaches, their attitude and how they truly care about the children and making them feel included and welcomed. Very patient and fun. Loved the structure and activities available for the kids.

KidStrong has been AMAZING for our girl who loves to climb. Not only do they foster her physical development with teaching proper form for climbing/balancing/jumping/etc, but they also help them develop self confidence and interpersonal relationships. Our daughter asks every day if today is “Kidstrong day”. Jenna and the whole team are incredible.

My granddaughter Zoey attended this for the last year. It’s been a wonderful experience and prepped her for all kinds of exciting athletics to come. It also really helped with confidence! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get their child started on a fitness and positive attitude Road! Thanks you guys you are awesome!

Today, my son and I did a free trial at kids Strong in Meridian. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling with communication with their child or listening skills with their child. There are so many resources and tools that the coaches utilize during The 45 minute class and I have to say that I am blown away by how wonderful everything was. Having a toddler can be rough sometimes, but this is definitely something I look forward to doing again with my son who is a toddler.
