Elijah has been coming here for probably 3 or 4 years and has loved every class. KidStrong has been an incredible experience for our family! The coaches are energetic, encouraging, and truly invested in helping kids grow both physically and mentally. My child has gained so much confidence, strength, and coordination since joining. The structured classes keep them engaged, and I love that the program focuses on not just physical skills but also social and leadership development. If you’re looking for a program that helps kids build confidence, resilience, and a love for movement, I highly recommend KidStrong!

The coaches working with the 2- and 3-year-olds at KidStrong Lexington are amazing—so patient, energetic, and great with the little ones. They clearly focus on building confidence while making it fun and teaching educational skills. We’ve had a really positive experience and truly appreciate all they do!

My son has been to 2 classes so far and i only wish i knew about this place sooner! he absolutely loves his class and asks everyday when he can go back. we look forward to many more classes!

Absolute fantastic organization!! we just love Coach, Leo and Coach Emily! My daughter started going there about a month ago and her hand and eye coordination has already improved along with her balance. She absolutely loves to go there and quite honestly would probably go there every day of the week if we allowed her. 🤣. Highly highly recommend for anyone who has children that just enjoy going to the gym or they go to PT. The kids enjoy this much more than PT. I don’t really does help with my daughter’s balance and coordination.
