What makes this place so great is honestly the coaches. They know how to work with young kids who have short attention spans. They are patient and know how to make the kids focus on the task at hand while making it fun. Each class is just long enough for the kids to get a workout and to build confidence in both their physical abilities and also mentally. Shout out to coachesJimu and Kobi for being so patient and kind to my 3 year old daughter who is honestly a firecracker. My daughter adores the coaches and they created such a safe and fun environment for her to to feel comfortable and thrive.

We're only 3 classes in but my son loves it here! At his age (2.5) he needs to attend a program that always has different obstacles each training session so he doesn't get "bored" and this helps with just that! He's always excited to see what he's gonna do each session & always has a smile on his face. The staff is so friendly & all have great patience with all the kids.

KidStrong is an excellent program for children. My child found the activities enjoyable. They were fun while also helping to develop confidence, motor skills, and concentration. The coaches and staff are friendly, and the facility is clean and well-kept. I appreciated that there is a water refilling station available.

We had such a great experience at KidStrong — it was Titan’s very first class, and we were so impressed! The coaches were amazing from the moment we walked in. They were warm, welcoming, and made Titan feel comfortable right away. You can tell they truly care about the kids and know how to motivate them in a positive and encouraging way. I also love how they incorporate learning and developmental skills into the lessons — it’s so much more than just physical activity. Titan left smiling and already can’t wait to go back. We’re so excited to be part of the KidStrong family!
