Like all other KidStrong locations, this center focuses on building kids' confidence through structured 45-minute classes that mix physical challenges with character development - think obstacle courses combined with public speaking practice and friendly competition. The format is pretty consistent with clear segments like affirmations, skill-building, and competitions, so it's structured enough that shy kids feel secure but active enough that high-energy ones stay engaged. The coaches really emphasize the "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this" mentality, which honestly has carried over into how my child approaches challenges at home too. It's one of those programs where you can actually see your kiddo gaining confidence week by week, especially during those moments when parenting feels like you're just hoping something sticks.
Families love how their little ones strut out of class, bursting with energy and proudly announcing, 'I can do a cartwheel now!' It's that kind of transformation that makes all the giggles and playdates worth it.

My one year old son and I attended our first class and truly enjoyed our time. It was great to have a child-proofed and stimulating area to spend time together. This is a great place where kids can enjoy being kids while also learning how to follow a structured program. My son liked how the soft mats felt on his feet and fed off the high energy of the coaches and other children. I could tell he was challenged but still mentally engaged in some of the activities like crawling under ropes and climbing up a ladder obstacle course. We also love how the program includes emotional learning. I initially thought it was just a physical exercise program, but I was pleasantly surprised that there’s much more for the kids to learn! The staff are all great people with positive energy and I appreciate how they called me before our first session to explain what to expect and how to prepare. Highly recommend!

Our son Colton went for his first class to see if it was something he would like. I cannot say enough about the staff, coaches and facilities. We love how everything is run and how well kept the facilities are. They encourage, teach, and guide. He loved it and so did we! He is signed up for classes and is excited to start! If you have been thinking about doing this for your child, at least give them a try.

Love this place! Love the coaches! Love everything about KidStrong! My boys play sports, we do many extracurricular activities, and if I were to tell them they could only pick one thing to continue on with, they would without a doubt pick KS! It has really been good for them, it’s not only about physical activity, but gets them involved mentally as well, it’s a very well put together program. We even hosted a birthday party at KS and it was a breeze, the easiest, least stressful party I’ve ever hosted and would absolutely do it again. We are proud to be a part of the KS community!!

KidStrong Greystone is absolutely fantastic! My son has a blast at every session, they’re so patient with him and they give him praises just for trying. The coaches are outstanding and the facility is always super clean! We’re so glad we tried and joined KidStrong Greystone!
