KidStrong Frisco West | Denton County, TX

KidStrong Frisco West runs age-staged classes from crawling age through 11 years, including BabyStrong for crawling-to-walking babies. For children under 4, parents join on the floor and participate directly in each 45-minute session. Sessions follow a structured format: greeting, foundations, milestone skills, move and learn, performance work, games, and awards, building physical, cognitive, and character skills.
