KidStrong Edmond runs parent-child classes from crawling age to 4 years, including BabyStrong for children moving from crawling to walking. A parent joins the child on the floor for each 45-minute session. Classes follow an eight-block format covering affirmations, social greetings, foundational skills, milestone challenges, movement paired with learning, performance testing, competitive games, and awards, with a focus on physical, cognitive, and character development. Child-only classes for ages 4-7 and 7-11 are offered separately without required parent participation.
