Like all other KidStrong locations, this center focuses on building kids' confidence through structured 45-minute classes that mix physical challenges with character development - think obstacle courses combined with public speaking practice and friendly competition. The format is pretty consistent with clear segments like affirmations, skill-building, and competitions, so it's structured enough that shy kids feel secure but active enough that high-energy ones stay engaged. The coaches really emphasize the "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this" mentality, which honestly has carried over into how my child approaches challenges at home too. It was my son's first time today and he seemed to enjoy it. My son is 15 months old. The coaches and staff were great. They were intently working with the kids one on one to achieve the obstacles. This program definitely increases kids' confidence. Im very excited to continue bringing my son in and to have a blast as well.

The staff was great in person and over the phone while booking our trial. I was impressed by the available times and dates they have for all ages. We truly enjoyed our trial class with our son today. There was a lot of activities to keep our toddler occupied, he got to run around and practice sitting still as well. Instructions were not too long and the coaches were nice and engaging. I appreciated the thought behind every game and lesson, giving these kids skills that will be with them their whole lives. Everyone there seemed to be having a fun time, coaches, parents and kids. It was wonderful to see families coming together and spending quality time having fun.

Staff is always welcoming and engaging. Coaches are fun and get the kids excited to participate. The kids are challenged both mentally and physically and it ramps up well matching the age and experience of the kids. Our daughter really enjoyed the summer camp, she had been to other camps where she was bored or did not like the activities but everyday she came home from camp talking about it. The facility is kept clean and safe.

It’s fun and engaging for my daughter even tho she is only 19 months old. She really enjoys learning and with this class it has only excelled that. The coaches are very enthusiastic and remember your child’s name. They really make you feel like family. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great staff. My 28 month old had a blast!! I wish with the monthly cost they would do an open gym night: day or something included. I can’t swing the price as a single mom. It was a great experience
