KIDS FIRST Swim School - Jenkintown | Montgomery County, PA

I’m so shocked that this place doesn’t have a solid 5 star ratings! I enrolled my child here to learn the basic fundamentals of swimming, I didn’t expect her to be able to swim like a fish after only 4 lessons. She missed a couple lessons due to our family vacation & I was sure that would affect her outcome boy was I WRONG! My daughter now has the confidence to swim in any feet of water, she uses the diving board comfortably! So now her fun in pools is 10x better than before and I have a peace of mind knowing she’s safe in the pool! And we owe that all to the lessons here at Jenkintown Kids First! I’ve referred so many parents here for their children after our experience & results! The place is clean inside, the water is truly warm and the staff are AMAZING! This place doesn’t feel like the nasty ole swim gyms we’ve been to before. They provide a spacious cozy waiting area for the parents to sit & watch. The manager there Melina is the BEST, she makes you feel so welcomed! I hope this helps someone deciding on enrolling their little one, I promise you WON’T be disappointed!

We love Kids First! We have two kids enrolled (2 and 6) and they both love it. The instructors are great, and we like the community feel to it because you really get to know everyone in your classes! Our older kid started at 5 without ever having any swim lessons and is already so confident in his swimming abilities.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My 4-year-old has been attending Kids First Swim School, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, the instructors have been incredibly patient, encouraging, and kind. They know exactly how to build trust with little ones while also gently pushing them to learn new skills. What impresses me most is how well-structured the lessons are—they strike the perfect balance between fun and safety, and I’ve seen real progress in my child’s confidence and ability in the water. Every week, my child looks forward to swim class, and that joy is such a gift to witness as a parent. The facility is clean, well-managed, and designed with kids in mind. I feel completely comfortable knowing my child is in good hands. Thank you to the amazing staff at Kids First for making swim school such a positive and empowering experience.

It’s been an excellent experience. My daughter has been coming since she one years old. She’s turning six next month and I’ve seen excellent progress and the skills that she learns she’s able to use in her every day swimming outside of class. Her brother is coming now and he’s doing Parent and me and he’s in love with swimming. I highly recommend Kids First Swim. Flexible hours and the staff is so patient and kind.

Really great instructors and lessons! Our guy started as a non-swimmer and now he's a swimming FOOL! They have a decent cancellation/reschedule policy and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.
