Cannot say enough good things about kids play world! The space, the owner and the staff are all amazing! They helped me host my son’s 2nd birthday and I did not have to lift a finger! They exceeded all my expectations and my son had the best day! The guests were all very happy too and complimented me about how great the party set up was. They even decorated for my desired theme even though they hadn’t done this theme before and accommodated for kosher food. Everything was a breeze and I am beyond grateful for their hard work and warmth. 1000000000/10!

I recently hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday here, and the entire experience — for both us and our guests — far exceeded expectations! The package stated that all we needed to bring were the cake and goodie bags since everything else would be taken care of, and as a type-A planner, I still overprepared… but it turned out I didn’t have to do a thing. Communication with the owner, Marta, was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Marta even referred us to a face painter/balloon artist and photographer, which added so much fun and convenience to the day. The hosts, Kat and Ava, were amazing — professional, creative, and so caring. They made the entire event completely stress-free for me, and I honestly haven’t enjoyed a party this much in years. All of our guests were raving about how perfect everything was and saying they wanted to book their own parties here. I was also a bit worried about keeping kids of different ages (1–12) entertained, but everyone had a great time — even the older ones put their tablets down and joined in! The team organized the goodie bags, set up the cake table, and beautifully displayed all the extras I brought. Every detail was handled with care. If you’re considering hosting your child’s birthday here, do yourself a favor and reserve your date — it’s worth every penny!

If you’re debating between this place and another venue, choose this one—hands down. Party planning can be extremely hectic (I’ve done party decor for years), and this place made everything effortless. Last year was our first time hosting my son’s birthday here, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the experience was truly a pleasure. This place lets you add extra touches if you’re like me and have a vision, or if you’re more laid-back, they will take over completely and handle everything for you. The staff allowed me to personalize a few details, but they also set everything up so beautifully that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hosts were amazing with both the kids and adults—fun, interactive, and respectful of our space at the same time. Nothing felt rushed, which is so important. Unlike some places where you pay a lot and feel hurried, here we were able to truly enjoy the experience. The kids had an amazing time—so much so that the birthday boy asked to have his party here again. The owner is who I communicated with directly, and she is just as wonderful as the rest of the team: professional, kind, and responsive. I’ve seen many venues go out of business, and it almost always comes down to customer service. This place gets it. The care, attention, and respect they show their customers is unmatched. I’ve recommended them to family, friends, and colleagues, and we’ve even returned a few times since. I truly hope this small business continues to thrive because it’s an absolute gem. The secret is in the customer service—and they do it right. No complaints at all.

Kids Play world was the best choice for my daughter’s birthday party. It was organized, clean, service was great, the decor was absolutely beautiful and the kids had the best time. As a parent, it was so easy too because everything was provided. Thank you kids play world for a wonderful experience and memory.

Had my daughter’s birthday party at Kids Play World over the weekend. Everything was great and they made the entire process so easy and relaxing. I had been there for other birthday parties and events and the kids always enjoy their time there. From the start of planning the theme with Marta to ordering food, she was very accommodating and their pricing is super reasonable, especially compared to most other places. I love that they don’t charge per child, unlike other places, and just have a flat cost. The hostesses were so helpful and made the party run so smoothly. From helping fill goodie bags last minute to moving the kids along throughout the party going from play to food to games and cake and even closing out our bill, these young ladies had it down and were experienced and happy to help with anything I needed!! It was so nice to sit back and mingle and just enjoy watching my little ones have so much fun!! Thank you again!! I would definitely recommend!!
