Industry Gymnastics | Queens, NY

My 7 yo son has been attending Industry Gymnastics and we're very fortunate to have this facility in our neighborhood. He's done classes for 3 years now, summer camp, and some clinics or day camps. His different coaches (Tony, Jackie, DJ and Tyler) have always been supportive - so, special thanks to them ! We're very excited for him to move up to Jaguars in the Fall. We let him choose every single session if he wants to continue, and he has never hesitated to say yes. I have also done the baby classes with my youngest and it was really sweet and fun (coach Maria era!). I can't wait for my daughter to be old enough to join back in Saturday classes, as these start at 3. Signup can be a bit stressful as there are more families interested than spots, especially on Saturdays, but we've succeeded every year since we wanted to enroll, by being quick and efficient at Registration start time. It also gets easier as the kids grow up. And of course, the registration priority during the year is key, making it smooth and easy 2/3 of the time. During camps, the recent addition of aftercare until 5 pm has been a nice option. They're very responsive in case of anything needed. Last but not least, I particularly like their inclusiveness and positive messages, it's great to expose our kids to these early on and I'm glad they do that. Long live Industry and Natalie :)

Both of my daughters have attended Industry Gymnastics and both love it. My youngest daughter (2 yo) has developed a lot of strength and coordination as a result of attending their programs since she was a baby. We haven't had every coach, but we can attest to Coach Trent, Joe, Kelley, Siobhan, and Jackie being wonderful.

We’ve been taking our 2 year old daughter here for the past few months. It’s a highlight of our week! Coach Trent is warm and patient and supportive. It’s a joy to watch our daughter learn skills week over week and I love that I get to be a part of the process. Can’t recommend enough.

A very special and well-run spot where kids can go and be themselves, get exercise, and learn new skills and build strength and socialize. Both of my sons have gone and I’m consistently impressed with Coach Joe and the whole Industry family. The owner is also lovely and they often help collect and deliver donations for local causes. Very lucky and grateful to have them in LIC.

Have enrolled our almost 2 year old in classes, and also took her to the drop in baby bobcats classes. All of the coaches are so nice and encouraging, while also letting the kids be kids. My daughter is obviously very young and can’t always focus or has trouble waiting, and the coaches are so good about being patient and encouraging to her. Such a great institution to have in the neighborhood, and so inclusive and an amazing community!

Both of my children have been attending Industry Gymnastics for about six months, and they absolutely love it. They genuinely look forward to every class. The coaches are all highly skilled and, most importantly, wonderful with kids. They know how to keep the children engaged, motivated, and excited to learn in a positive and supportive environment. I also truly appreciate the owner, Natalie. She is approachable, flexible, and very understanding. Whenever something comes up and I reach out, she takes the time to listen and always tries her best to accommodate us. That level of care and communication means so much to our family. We plan to continue here as long as we live in LIC. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to Industry Gymnastics for several years and loves every minute of it. I really appreciate that while they have a clear curriculum, the kids are encouraged to learn at their own pace. The small class sizes allow for great individual attention from the supportive, knowledgeable coaches. It is a happy, welcoming environment, and the admin staff are always efficient and friendly. Natalie, the owner, is also wonderful - she is fair, responsive, and truly respects the parents. As long as my daughter wants to go, we will be there!

Within just a month of my 3 year old daughter starting classes at Industry Gymnastics, I’ve already seen a huge boost in her confidence on the playground. She’s learning to understand her limits while also discovering what her body is capable of—how strong and powerful it can be. She looks forward to class every week. I’ve been impressed with every aspect of this gym, from the welcoming couches to the friendly staff who check us in each week. It’s truly a gem in our neighborhood and creates an environment where gymnastics feels accessible and for everyone!

They had an amazing beginners adults gymnastics class! Very reasonable price too. It was super fun and the teacher was friendly and gave us a lot of support. I’m definitely going to keep doing it!

We've had our daughter in this gymnastics school for about three years now, and we're so happy to have had the opportunity. We originally chose this place because it was clean and welcoming. We were looking for a place to get her moving and active - work on those motor skills. It has definitely delivered on all fronts. From the first day, the owner made us feel like family! Coach Trent was her first coach when she was 3 and made such a fun and encouraging environment that our daughter genuinely looked forward to every single weekend session. Now, after three years, with coach Trent, coach Jacky and coach Tony, we've seen her grow in confidence, strength, and athletic ability, and we know this Industry Gymnastics has been a huge part of that journey. The community and friends she has built here are amazing and big part of reason we're not looking to leave any time soon. We can't wait to see how she continues to develop here!
