Kana and Sasha are wonderful and my daughter loves her music class! I love their mix of original songs and classic kid songs. I also appreciate that they introduce different instruments and let the little ones try them out. It is our favorite activity of the week and so fun to see the littles enjoying themselves!

Hug is a vital part of the community enriching the lives of countless families. They are excellent teachers and wonderful people with a love of both music and helping kids grow. My kids have joined their classes and taken lessons. Most recently Sasha teaches my son guitar and songwriting. Sasha has inspired him in countless ways and has endless patience. Sasha is encouraging and enthusiastic which leaves students feeling excited and confident. My son said “if the scale for google was to a 100, I would give Hug and Sasha a rating of a million”.

Hug Music was an amazing activity for our 2 year old son who used to struggle with structured activities. Kana and Sasha made him feel included while also letting him just wander and explore the room for periods of time until he wanted to engage again. They respected and acknowledged him but also set boundaries, and he loved the music class and started singing do-re-mi and make music at home. I was also so grateful that Kana made me feel supported as a toddler parent who worried about her son's ability to focus or participate in group activities. I highly recommend to any family, but especially for kiddos who don't automatically do what they're "supposed to do" at a class. As a parent, I also had fun at every class!

My family loves Hug Music! We've been going to them for about 9 years now (since our eldest was 15 months old). Their teachers are passionate and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for students of all ages to learn music. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful school and highly recommend Hug Music to anyone who wants to learn a new instrument or take their music skills to the next level!

Hug Music is a terrific local business and part of the fabric of the neighborhood. Sasha is an excellent musician - he's incredibly patient and experienced. We're lucky to have this music school in the area!
