HeART in Motion Studio runs 'Me & My Shadow,' a caregiver-and-child movement class for children roughly 12-36 months old who can walk. The 30-minute class meets Sunday mornings from 10:00 to 10:30 and is limited to 13 families. Children dance and move to music, sing songs aimed at balance, coordination, motor skills, and vocabulary, and use props for sensory engagement. Single classes cost $15 cash or $17 card; an 8-class card is $115 cash or $120 card and is valid for one year. The studio separately offers drop-off youth dance classes and adult classes.
