About this class

Head Over Heels runs a Parent/Child gymnastics class for ages 16 months to 2.5 years. The 45-minute session moves through a series of stations focused on fine and gross motor skills and other age-appropriate developmental skills, with parents assisting their children at each one. The facility also offers separate drop-off preschool gymnastics classes for ages 3-4, which are not parent-child.

We had my son’s birthday party here, the Nerf party, and it was soo much fun! The staff was amazing and helpful and the kids had a blast, we’ll definitely be coming back for another party!

Our family loves Head over Heels. We originally came here to have Birthday Parties for our Children which were very fun and well-organized. We did start gymnastics classes at another local facility due to scheduling, but left there because the owner was very unfriendly and over-all not good with young children. We moved to classes at HOH and what a difference! Miss Candace, the owner, is fantastic with the children. The instruction is much better. The children are challenged, yet she understands what is developmentally appropriate and HOW to approach things with children. We are very glad we switched to Head Over Heels.

Our daughter loves this class! Candace is wonderful and very flexible and understanding of busy schedules. We will continue doing classes here for as long as our girl is interested :-)
