We love Haggard library. They staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities are very good and they have a great collection of books for children as well as adults. In addition, they seem to have a decent collection of other languages. The bathrooms and play areas are always clean and we love their $10 bag sale. They take donations and have very cool kits for children. They also offer an area for babies so parents can work and use the computers. Love it! I just wish they have a bigger Spanish books collection and they were closer to our home. Overall this is a great library

Am a visitor from Taiwan to Plano family meet with son in law, daughter & grandkids. One day I found a wonderful place as Haggard library that the small talk class is available on every Saturday. Here have some nice volunteers talking to us of people from many different countries. Good!

A good library for the public. It has 3 floors. 1- for Genealogy - we can explore and study our ancestry and roots. 2- for kids. 3-for adults/everyone. I loved it. Went in the morning at 09:00 AM. It was pleasant and calm. A nice place for students especially to study for competitive exams.

At an event where the librarians advertised 30 minutes to arrive, the popular Birds of Prey event, tickets ran out 10 minutes after tickets opened. The reason is because they allowed so many adults into a children's event. Please consider to allow one guardian/parent per child. So many children were waiting for over an hour and crying because of this flaw in the librarians in charge of the event. It's a waste of people's time to take off work and not be allowed in due to library fault
