Gymtime Rhythm & Glues Inc | Manhattan, NY

We’ve been to a few birthday parties at Gymtime Rhythm & Glues Inc, and each one has been a hit. The space is bright, energetic, and perfectly set up to keep kids engaged and moving, while the staff does a great job keeping everything organized and fun. Our daughter always leaves happy and exhausted, which is the best compliment. We’re definitely considering hosting a party here ourselves.

The management here are only motivated by money and have shady practices when it comes to their fees. Note you will not be refunded if they cancel a class for any reason. That’s right, if THEY cancel your scheduled class. Not the other way around. They told me there are several other gymnastics organizations in the city if I wasn’t happy with their policies, which was a pretty rude response when I politely asked for a prorated refund for a weekly class with only 3 classes scheduled in one month. Clearly they value money over treating their customers fairly or with any respect. I would highly recommend you look for one of those other gymnastic clubs they recommended to me if you’re considering this one.

Gym time hosted our daughter’s birthday party recently. Antonella and her team were amazing - responsive, ensured everything was planned well and kids had so much fun!

We just held a birthday party here, and everything was wonderful. The staff was incredible in every way, from planning to setting things up to running the activities. The facility is large, has lots of options, and is very clean. Multiple guests said it was the best-organized party they’d ever been to. Highly, highly recommend.

Rude staff with terrible customer service. The teacher grabbed my son by the back of his cardigan and dragged him to where the other kids were (he's only 18 months old so he's not the best at following directions). Certainly there are better ways to guide a toddler! The manager (who was not present) excused the teacher's behavior by saying that the teachers are permitted to behave in this manner for safety reasons.
