My toddler absolutely loves Gymboree! It started as an activity to get us out of the house on cold winter days and quickly turned into a weekly event that we both look forward to… Clean, safe and fun environment with the best staff! We have been coming consistently through two sick seasons now and my son has never gotten sick from coming here so I know it is extremely clean! Highly recommend!

I take my 3 year old grandson to Gymboree in Rochester on the days I’m in charge of him which is a couple times a week. He gets very excited and looks forward to going and has a great time every time we go. He gets to expend all his pent up energy on the many activities and all the equipment there that he loves to play on. He is also learning to socialize with other kids, to take turns and to share with others. This is so important for him since he is an only child and it will help him get along with other kids when he begins preschool. I love how the teachers get the children to interact with them in the various activities they present. They all look like they’re having a great time, parents included. It’s also nice to be able to chat with the other moms while watching my grandson play and have fun. I think this is a great get-away place for any preschooler looking for some fun. It’s inexpensive, clean and filled with many activities for kids.

My son just had his 5th birthday party at Gymboree and it was the absolute best choice we could have made for a party location. Every guest was blown away by the clean and fun environment. Mary Grace did an amazing job keeping the kids engaged and having fun, and it was so nice to have very little prep and no cleanup to worry about. We could just enjoy our little boy’s party. I would highly recommend Gymboree to anyone who’s looking for a party location.

Love this space and the staff. Been bringing my baby here since before she could crawl and it’s been so fun watching her go from an infant to a toddler on all the creative playscapes! The team there is always so kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to keep having fun and growing at Gymboree!

I signed up online the site required me to pay for 2 memberships for my kids at $79/month only allowed to do one class per week. I was unable to sign up for classes until I purchased a membership when I went to sign up for music I was not able to sign up more than one child. The site said we were only allowed 1 child per family although it was the family music class. So I signed up for the family play and I had my daughter go with my mother (grandma) to provide help as I have a 9 month old and a 2 year old. Upon arriving they would not allow my child to go to the music class and also denied my daughter (a minor 11 years old) access to the facility with her family. She was told she had to sit in the lobby alone the entire time. This place is not inclusive to families of multiples. I left work and drove up here as soon as my daughter called me bc how are you going to make a child sit in the lobby alone in a strip mall? Unacceptable. The manager told me that I could have multiple people per membership and it's for "families" so why is everyone in our family allowed except my minor daughter??? How wild. This place is only good if you are a parent of 1 child. Otherwise skip it unless you'd like to face discrimination. Also the site is filled with issues. After I signed up for a membership it continued to try and make me pay $35 per class and blocked me from signing up for multiple classes. Also this place does NOT answer their phone, I called many many times the past 2 days. When I stood there requesting my money back the manager smirked and continued to make disrespectful faces towards me like it was a joke. I'd say these are extremely valid reasons to be upset as a paying customer. Or a human/mother in GENERAL. Anyways, she never gave me my refund and literally walked away from me rudely saying she needed to go teach class now.
