Grow has been such a wonderful community for me as I have entered into motherhood. Susan, Emily, Kaliegh and the other instructors create a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment in the classes. I initially was nervous to put myself out there and go to the moms yoga class, but after the first few moments meeting the instructor and other parents I felt comfortable and excited to be there. In the summer the classes are held outside overlooking the lake — it is a beautiful setting!! Plus, it’s SO fun and empowering to be getting in movement with my baby and surrounded by other moms prioritizing their health while taking care of their babes. I highly recommend Grow to anyone looking for a moms network, looking to build community, or looking for activities for their little ones.

Grow classes are such a wonderful resource for expecting parents and those who have young children. We took prenatal yoga classes and birth classes here which really helped prepare us for all of the possibilities of giving birth. After having our daughter, I attended postnatal yoga classes both in person and online, and the sense of community Susan creates is wonderful. Feeling supported in that vulnerable time of life makes such a difference. Now that our daughter is a little older, she has enjoyed the Nature Yogis kids’ classes too! I really appreciate having Grow in our community and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend Grow to all expecting parents and parents with young children. Grow has served as an educational community, a safe space to develop as a parent, a meeting place of future best friends for myself and my children and a place to experience some of the best of the best teachers/doulas/supporters around. Five stars!

I started taking prenatal yoga classes with GROW very early in my pregnancy and I've continued taking a couple classes a week (online)! I definitely plan to return postpartum. Everyone at GROW is so kind and supportive, and the prenatal classes have made a huge difference in my pregnancy -- I don't know where I'd be, physically and emotionally, without them! I wish I lived closer so I could attend more in-person classes, but even joining on Zoom is wonderful. I highly recommend checking out and joining the GROW community!

Grow is an amazing place to become a mom! I have been a member for more than 3 years and 2 kids. I love the yoga and strength classes, especially during summer on the waterfront. The educational classes (Birth, newborn care, and lactation) were informative and helpful. I also processed my first pregnancy formed a network of friends with kids my age by participating in the pregnancy circle. Susan is an amazing person (supportive, kind, and fun) who has created a wonderful supportive community for new parents. I can't recommend this place enough!!!
