We had a great experience with most of the instructors. However, one experience with Eddie was so awful, and we were treated so poorly that I’ve still been bothered by it about a month later. He was disrespectful and rude. He treated me and my son so horribly. I have genuinely never had an experience like it before. I’m a pretty calm and respectful person. In fact, have never written a negative review for a company, but I would definitely avoid having any lessons with him. And we stopped engaging with the company because of how horrible our experience was with him.

Best instructors ever!. I always feel like my kid is learning something every lesson. They aren’t just a number like every other swim lessons I’ve been to. They have catered to my kid personally and gave her the attention she needed. She is a much better simmer since going here. I’ve been going for over a year now and I won’t go anywhere else!

I absolutely love working with Gem Swim! Kirsten and her wonderful team are the best instructors! My baby has been working with them since she was 6 months, and the progress she has made is outstanding! 😁 This team of instructors have the passion and patience to teach anyone how to swim!

My 4 & 6 year old boys have been doing swim lessons at Gem Swim for 2 years now. They have made great progress with each lesson. The instructors are all well trained and friendly. My boys look forward to going and it's so fun to see them learning new things and applying them when we go to places with swimming areas. The property where the swim lessons are held is gorgeous. I love sitting out and seeing nature around while watching my boys swim. Thank you so much for all you do, Gem Swim!

We absolutely love Gem Swim! The instructors are so patient and I love the convenience of scheduling when we can do lessons rather than having to work around a class schedule. So great!
