We had the most fun at Friend Assembly! We went to a one time workshop for my birthday and had a blast. The instructors were so great and there to step in if you needed any help. Would recommend!

Such a cute workshop. It was overall a really nice and fun mug making experience! The lady that gave us the demo was very gracious even though we went over our allotted time frame. My reason for the 4 stars: We finally got our mugs but I was a little disappointed. Mine has cracks along the handle, which I think they did say could happen. I wasn’t, however, really given any instruction on what to do next or how to fix it, they were just given to us without explanation. I think that was my main problem, but I would definitely come back for another pottery session.

We had an amazing experience at Friend Assembly! We had a private mug making party and the entire process was seamless. They immediately responded to my inquiry, answers all my questions quickly and provided great information! The actual party was SO fun and the teachers were incredibly helpful and friendly - everyone had a great time!

I love this place. Friend Assembly is great for both kids and adult classes, my family has taken both. I’m so impressed with the quality of instruction (and this is nowhere near my first ceramics class) and focus on techniques and exploration. Sarah is fantastic with kids too, mine always want to go see her, and my husband and I can sneak in a lunch date while they are taking a class. These are pics of their super hero sculptures before firing (kids age 4 and 7 made these). Plus, there’s a shop full of awesome ceramic stuff, prints and gifts. Check it out!

We LOVE Friend Assembly. Everyone is welcoming and patient with instruction. We’re so glad they moved spaces and have a bigger studio now! My daughter has done several camps, and after each one she’s more excited about ceramics. They really make exploring clay fun! So thankful we have a creative studio like this to go to.
