Foss is a great swimming school with incredible instructors. Our 8 year-old daughter was afraid to put her face in the water when her lessons began 10 weeks ago. We were hoping she would be comfortable putting her face in the water by the end of her lessons. Foss achieved that goal during her first lesson. Now after only 10 lessons she can actually swim freestyle for the width of the pool with incredible form including turning her head to the side to get fresh breaths of air. Foss has exceeds our expectations!!! Our daughter now wants to join a swim team in the future!! Thank you Foss and thank you to our daughter’s instructor, Marcie, who has transformed our daughter into a mermaid in an incredibly short period of time!!!

My daughter learned how to swim going Foss swim she loved it. My 4 year old son started today. He has a speech delay and is quite shy. We had tried several times to sign him up but it was always a fight. I decided to try one last. He started crying instantly when it was time to get in the water. I felt defeated and sad because, I know much he could love it. Skylar, came over to us and eventually got him to go into the water 💕 I really appreciate his patience and kindness brought tears to my eyes. Foss swim in Saint Paul is amazing ! 10/10

Foss exceeded my expectations when it came to Michaelas first swim lessons ! Julie at the St. Paul location was extremely patient with Michaela and she made so much progress in her 2week summer session. I was nervous about how she would react to the lessons but everyday she was so excited to get back in the water. I would HIGHLY recommend.
