About this class

FIT4MOM Reno is the local chapter of the national FIT4MOM franchise, offering fitness classes for mothers with children present. Stroller Strides is a 60-minute workout combining strength, cardio, and core training while children ride in strollers; Stroller Barre focuses on posture and stability, also with children in strollers. FIT4BABY is a 6-week prenatal program for expectant mothers. Drop-in format is available at various locations. A separate component, Our Village, offers playgroups and social events for moms and kids.

Fit4mom classes helped me so much postpartum! I got in a good workout, met other moms in town, and my baby was always entertained! (Or napped while we worked out) There’s never any judgement for being late, stopping to feed your baby or forgetting your workout bands. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I tell all my mom friends about fit4mom!

This class has been amazing! I have a 5 and 2 year old and it has been so hard to get out to any kind of workout class. The class can be tailored to challenge you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I have also met so many new moms friends that I would have never met otherwise. Thank you!!
