Absolutely loved the architecture of this library. It had a very unique design. I really enjoy seeing libraries that are physically appealing. The inside isn't as original as the outside but still decent. Enjoyed the open air space on the second level.

Makerspace offer plenty of activities and resources. I attended the sublimation badging class. Informational. Classes fill up fast register the first chance given.

A branch of the Parish library system, the River Center provides excellent resources to parish residents for free with a library card. Highly recommened. UPDATE: The EBRPL remains an award winning system. They are always adding services and events to educate and entertain.

Beautiful state of the art facility! The staff is courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the view of the city from the 4th floor terrace. There seemed to be a lot of people sleeping and charging their phones which didn't bother me - they were quiet and not disruptive.
