The kids enjoyed it. 4 and 2 yo. My 4 yo is autistic and had plenty of room to run around and sensory seek. Some items weren't working, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

This place is a gem! 2 floors of educational exhibits. Very clean. The people who work here are friendly and great with kids.

Love the local Hawai’i exhibit and the upstairs cultural areas. The first floor desperately needs a deep cleaning. The play areas all have visible grime; I understand that the museum is popular and a lower price with no time limit but it'd standards of cleanliness are subpar to other play areas on island.

We had a blast visiting! There was so much to do and enjoy. My 3 year old was entertained for hours. As others have mentioned it could use a little spruce up, but I can imagine the wear and tear that gets put on items that hundreds of kids play with daily.

This place is absolutely fantastic. We've been to a lot of children's museums and this is among the top. Very exploratory and expansive, tons for the kids to do. Very reasonably priced as well.
