It’s a beautiful library for kids — full of books and culture for children of all ages! We’re from Mexico and visited the library during our trip. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy with your children. We loved it, and so did our toddler!

Great place and love their storytime! A few staff members could be nicer to parents and the children. The white tall staff member and the darker short gentleman were mean to the children. Please don't work at the library if you HATE children. Children love to run and enjoy the space. We can't stop children from having a good time. We don't have yards here in NYC and it's not Indianapolis or Montana.

We usually love toddler storytime on Thursdays but this was our first time with this particular gentleman. I forgot his name.. but he wasn't pleasant. Short, dark hair, with glasses. Idk if he was having a rough day but he was very impatient with everyone especially the adults. He was very demanding. My phone was in my pocket but if anyone even looked at their phone, he would stop the whole class and demand that phones be put away over and over [at an adult] until they listened to him. He didn't want to sing, he wanted all the other adults to sing instead. He skipped over giant chunks of the books and didnt actually read the books either. Started late, which is fine, but our session was rushed. I know they allow for some wiggle room between sessions so I don't feel like it was fair for our 10:45 slot to be so be so rushed. We didn't get the usual bubbles to start the class and he had everyone put their shoes on & he did bubbles on the way out (it's usually bubbles, song, story, song, story, more bubbles, then high five the lion puppet on the way out) Idk, there's a normal routine so the kids know what to expect, no matter who is doing story time. We didn't get that with him. & He wasn't friendly like everyone else.

A big and spacious Children's Center. So many books at the height of little ones to pick out and a comfy seating area for them to sit and enjoy.

When I first walked in I got me and my children new library cards! The person that assisted me was super helpful and nice. After, I went to the children’s section and a librarian (super helpful and nice as well) assisted me with finding books for my son and even provided me with a bag for our books. The seating area for the children need more space or maybe it was due to the event they had going on but overall excellent customer service and my preferred library of choice from now on!
