This local library is a great resource for our neighborhood! The staff are friendly and helpful and the new library director has been an excellent addition. This branch is open weekdays with some evening hours. They are also open Saturdays except in the summer months. There are 2 bookcases by the entrance with free books to take and share. They also offer children's and family programs as well as a bookclub. Thanks to a partnership with Mural Arts, the library exterior walls now have a colorful, uplifting mural for the community to enjoy.

My family are avid readers and I remember taking my young children to this library many many years ago. Ok, so it might need a little updating, there still is a wealth of knowledge there. Margaret, the librarian, took the time to answer my many questions and that meant a lot to me.

Love this library. When we had no aftercare, this was such a crucial place! My kid and I would walk here to relax, read, and play after school - rain or shine. Friendly supportive staff foster a sense of belonging and exploration. The other kids (especially older ones) set a great example. Couldn’t be more grateful for this gem. Like others here, I wish the staff’s energy was matched in funding and resources. But, they have a lot!!! And, will call any books they don’t have in for you to pick up.
